Roger Catlett, P.E., principal and founder of Comfort Design, opened our doors in 1995 after an extensive career in mechanical design and systems operation including international work with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. As one of the first firms to open a practice in the Winchester, Virginia area, Catlett wanted to fulfill the need for a design and consulting engineer in the area.
